Meyhem Lauren is back in the MUNCHIES Test Kitchen, in an incredible sweater, making Curry Chicken. This is not a traditional curry chicken. By using coconut milk and jerk seasoning, Meyhem creates a curry that uses flavors from Thailand and Jamaica. We suggest you make this curry at night because as Meyhem says, “when you have curry in the dark your life changes.”
