Poison Hemlock is EXTREMELY dangerous, but you don’t have to fear it, just educate yourself. First off, NEVER eat anything in the wild that you are not 100% sure is safe. Most plants are not deadly, and once you get the hang of it, foraging, eating wild foods, can be a lot of fun. But I ALWAYS recommending going with a professional a number of times before you ever try and eat things in the wild yourself. You have nothing to fear, I have to repeat that, so long as you are smart, be aware, learn, educate yourself, and you’ll be glad that you did because foraging is a really fun experience, I love it, so is growing your own food.
